The reasons why I changed my magazine was because, I felt
the masthead did not stand out and attract my audience. Through my research
task I found out how significant the lower left third in a magazine is as, the
buyers see the lower left third, first when looking at Newsstands in shop. This
is the reason why I changed for a more eye capturing masthead which I believe
is more effective.
I also enlarged my
main cover line as this was one of the key features in my magazine and I did
not emphasis this enough on my first magazine.
